I purchased a 265K processor and received a code that I redeemed last month on the Intel website. The Battlefield 6 "Intel Gamer Days" bundle was added to my Intel Software account with instructions that I could claim the code starting October 3rd. I've been trying to claim the code multiple times daily but keep getting the same message: "We are temporarily out of codes and are working to reload our system. Please check back soon."
I have submitted a ticket with my proof of purchase but have heard nothing back yet. The game launches tomorrow, and still no code available.
Is there anyone else having this problem or any suggested solutions?

Is it because battlefield 6 will launch at 8:30 PM IST, after that i will be able to claim it??

I finally got a response from Intel support today and they said they cleared an error on my account. I was able to access the BF6 code and redeem it with no problem after that. So if you're getting this error- make sure and open a ticket as it doesn't seem it will go away without support fixing it. Frustrating, but happy Intel made it right.

i tried again to claim today and it worked and i have claime battlefield in my EA accounts, i just created a support ticket although no response from them yet as its weekends.. but go ahead and try guys
