TTLS support & Windows for Asus FonePad

Hey guys. I have a Asus PadFone which is a bargain and it's Atom processor is truly desktop grade. But I have 2 questions for you:

1 - It's Wi-Fi connection doesn't support TTLS encyription which EDUROAM requires. I can't get my device to connect the internet no matter what I've tried. Is there a way to add TTLS support to the software or does it need a hardware support?

2 - I wonder if it's possible to install Windows on this device?
