My laptop's processor is Core Ultra9 285H, and the laptop has a Thunderbolt connector, but I can't find the Thunderbolt controller in the device manager as shown below, I want to know what causes it and maybe how to fix it.
You should address this question to the technical support department of the manufacturer of your laptop. It might be a driver issue, it might be a BIOS setting, either way they should know the answer.
