How to confirm this Xeon CPU is OEM for Apple，HP or DELL

The Intel® Xeon® processors are manufacture by Intel®, these processors can be Boxed or Tray units, if you look on ARK.intel .com (See link below) for an Intel® Xeon® model you can refer to Ordering and Compliance to find out if it is Boxed, tray or both.  

The tray units are the ones that are sold to the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) for their system integration; you can find more details about the differences between boxed and try on: What Is the Difference Between Boxed and Tray Processors?

If you have the markings of the Intel® Xeon® (How to Identify My Intel® Xeon® Processor Markings for Warranty Requests) you can visit Warranty Information (see link below) to find the details about warranty of it, if it is tray or boxed, by using the FPO and Full ATPO.
