Unknown Device ACPI\VEN_INTC&DEV_1070

Hi,

being new to technical forums, I am not sure if I have posted this question in the right category. (If not, I hope someone would redirect my question to the correct forum.)

In Device Manager on my Axioo MyBook Z6 laptop (running Windows 11 Pro), I have an unknown device with the following Hardware ID:

ACPI\VEN_INTC&DEV_1070
ACPI\INTC1070
*INTC1070

This clearly points to an Intel-originated device. Based on research and troubleshooting, this device is the Intel Dynamic Tuning Technology (DTT) / Dynamic Platform and Thermal Framework (DPTF) component.

My Issue: I have already downloaded and installed the DTT Driver and the Chipset Driver packages available on the official Axioo support website for the MyBook Z6, but the device remains unknown (yellow exclamation mark).

Any idea how to get the correct driver to recognize INTC1070?

(Except pointing me to the original vendor support, which I've already tried.)

  1. Have you tried installing the Intel Driver & Support Assistant (IDSA) to check for missing or outdated drivers?
  2. Are there any other unknown devices listed in Device Manager?
  3. Could you provide a screenshot of the Device Manager showing the unknown device?
  4. Could you please provide us the SSU logs of your system? You can find instructions on How to get the Intel® System Support Utility Logs on Windows*
