Upgrade my Processor

I purchased a new intel Processor Yesterday but my processor is not sitting on my motherboard chip. My motherboard is HP 873609-001. Please guide me on how can I replace my Intel processor?

I am trying to install Intel SR3TR on the motherboard. Please let me know can I install it on my motherboard.
