VTune hung after showing "Starting analysis"

We need your help about using VTune.

When we were using VTune to do Hotspots analysis, whether when using Launch Application or Attach to Process, after collecting information, the system showed the message “Starting analysis”, then the system hung. We have to reboot the machine. On the other hand, when we were running VTune, sometimes it showed the message that ipmwatch.exe has stopped execution.
