Warranty Request on i9 12900K

Hello,

I submitted a warranty request yesterday, the request # is 06088416.

I would like to know:

1. When can I expect a response to my request by Intel?

2. What is the process in order to receive a replacement processor?

Thank you for posting on the Intel® communities. If I were in your situation, I would be asking the same questions you are, I will happily help you on this matter.


In this case, the agent will get in contact with you as soon as possible, but usually within 48 hours since you submitted the ticked, then the agent will proceed with the troubleshooting process (if applicable). If a replacement is needed, this agent will provide you with all the information needed to proceed with the process, but not before that point.


Please keep an eye on that ticket for further assistance. Bear in mind that this thread will no longer be monitored by Intel.

I have received the necessary items to initiate the return process and will be sending the processor to Intel today!
