What is AVX512 frequency for Intel Xeon-Silver 4310 2.1GHz for all active 12-core?

Hello all, 

Last days I searched AVX512 frequency for custom Intel processors with active all cores, but for this type I cannot find it. Can You help me please?

The frequency will be based on the SKU model, in this case, 2.10Mhz. However, if Turbo Boost is enabled, the frequency can reach 3.30 Mhz in a single-core configuration.
