Where can I get a QR code for authenticator?

I'm sorry about the off topic, but I can't find answer to the question anywhere on the site.

How can I get a new QR code for Microsoft Authenticator used for this forum?

I just got a new phone (Android) and did a cloud backup, but my Intel Forum registered address has an "Action required" -> "Scan the QR code provided by your organization to finish recovering this account".

Where can I get this QR code for this forum?

This seems to be a Microsoft Authenticator issue that often arises when a phone is changed, not a forum issue.. Maybe this link will help.
