Why does my 4790k not Turbo Boost to 4.4ghz? It only goes up to 4.2ghz

Just built a new machine. Using an Asus Sabertooth Z97 Mark 2.

The bios has been updated to 1308.

Under stressing the CPU will only max out at 4.2ghz. The 4790k TUrbo's to 4.4ghz no?

Perhaps I need to configure something I may be missing.

Figured out the solution. The z97 Sabertooth Mark 2 has a setting for high performance mode. Enabling this also enabled the 4790k to turbo to 4.4ghz.
