Why is Intel Processor Identification Utility Version 6.0.0211 kept crashing?

"The Intel Processor Identification Utility Version 6.0.0211 has encountered an unexpected condition. Error Code=-2147213376

 

I am running i5-6400 processor with windows 7 home edition, please help!

 

PS: I have tried install and reinstall like 4 times and still cant get it running.

Is your windows 7 at SP1 and fully updated?
