cannot upload my results / scores from XTU.

Hello Intel.

I have the problem that I cannot upload my results / scores from XTU.

Can you help me with that?

We understand you are experiencing issues with the Intel® XTU, we will be more than happy to assist you.

 

We would like to know if that option was it working before or not.

 

According to the screenshot you provided, we noticed that the BIOS is not up to date. Please download the latest update from here: F10a

 

Then, please uninstall the Intel® XTU and download the latest version from here: Intel® Extreme Tuning Utility

 

Also, in order to have more information about your system, please download, install and run Intel® System Support Utility for Windows. Make sure you check “Everything” before you scan, then save the report and attach it to your response.
