core i7 3930k

So I was trying to overclock my core i7 3930k and succeeded but reset my bios to the default settings while doing it, now it says I have only have 6 threads on a 12 thread CPU and is slower even though it went from 3.2ghz to 3.8ghz. How do I get a my threads back?  oh and I'm using 

CPU-Z to see my threads.
