e5405 Installation Error

Hello,

I am trying to install an Intel Xeon 5405 Processor on an S5000VSA board. After installing the processor and powering on the server iam directly being directed to the bios. An error message numebring a19 appears reading fatal error - Core Voltage mismatch... I know that the board and the process are compatible...

Any ideas about the solution????
