hace 2 semanas que se llevaron mi procesador y intel no responde, quiero explicaciones ya!

El día 19 se llevaron mi procesador un i7 6700k y des de entonces ni me escriben ni puedo saber donde esta mi paquete ni intel responde mis correos.... alguien sabe como puedo abrir chat? es URGENTE!!!
