i3-3217U can't handle Youtube 1080p?

I've just bought NP530U3C with i3-3217U, Intel HD 4000 and 4 gigs of RAM. Everything is ok, but when I jump to different sections of YT 1080p movies there is a couple seconds of picture slowdown. I use Chrome and have sufficient internet connection (on my other pc 1090p YT videos play flawlessly). It isn;t normal, right?
