Hello Ast0lfo,
Thank you for posting on the Intel® communities.
In order to better assist you I would like to share the following information:
As you may know, your Intel® Core™ i5-10400F Processor cannot be overclocked directly since it is not a "K" or "X" version. However, if you enabled the Intel® Extreme Memory Profile (Intel® XMP) to set the RAM speed to 2666MHz and it automatically sets the volage at 1.35v, it may not be considered overclocking since it is under the processor specification.
If you change the frequency for the RAM and/or CPU manually at the BIOS and exceeds the processor specification (CPU: 2.90GHz. RAM: 2666MHz) it will be considered overclocking and it will void the warranty.

This is technically overclocking, so yes, IMHO, you are exceeding your warranty.

On the intel spec sheet it only says that the cpu supports up to 2666 ddr4, but it doesn't say anything about voltage. So what you are saying is that intel doesn't cover anything above the standard 1.2 volts?
