Hello kier,
Thank you for joining the Intel communities.
In this case I suggest updating all the drivers from your system manufacturer website.
Please bear in mind that even though the processor you have is an Intel processor you computer manufacturer may install it based on the specifications and features they have for this PC and they might be able to help you better with this issue.
First install all the drivers from your system manufacturer website, specially the chipset driver. You should be able to get the driver and support for your system here:
http://www.samsung.com/uk/support/model/NP-RC520-S02UK http://www.samsung.com/uk/support/model/NP-RC520-S02UK
Best wishes,
Ivan
