Hello, Im having some problems with my i7 13700kf temps, especially when talking about idle and high load temps(by it I dont mean games but some cpu dependent programs).
My temps on idle range from 35 to 40 degrees celsius which I think is too high(I have 360 mm aio)
On high load such as benchmarks i usually get around 96-97 degrees sometimes jumping to even 100.Here's the list of things i checked:
-repasted cpu two times and reseated the aio block
-reinstalled bios and also tried benchmarking on previous versions
-tried to undervolt but ended up with base voltage(crashes while benchmarking even with - 0.05 preset)
-dusting pc
Im 99% sure my pump is working as it should.
None of them have lowered my temps and as I have heard about 12th and 13th generation problems Im starting to worry. I dont think it has always been like it but earlier i wasnt checking it because my pc was silent and I didnt experience throttling but now I do. I have no clue if there's something more I can do or just send it back. Any help would be appreciated.

35-40 is quite typical for idle temperatures. Remember that a AIO doesn't mean lower temperatures, rather it acts as a sponge and can absorb more energy. Assuming your room is sitting around 22-24 degrees a +10-15C higher idle is typical. I am also pretty sure these Chips are designed to run hot. If you have more thermal headroom then the chip will keep pushing faster until the temp reaches Tjunc (typically 100C)
