i7-4790 supports RAM 1333 and 1600MHz, but is there any limit on how low the CAS latency can go?

I am in the process of purchasing DDR3 RAM for i7-4790 (not K version). I know the processor supports RAM 1333 and 1600MHz, but is there any limit on how low the CAS latency can go? I absolutely do NOT want to overclock the processor!
