Hello. I have an Intel i9 14900K, ASUS TUF Gaming 4090 OC OG Edition desktop computer. It passed all the tests by experts without any problems, but my processor has a problem. You will appreciate that the factory 14900K has a problem. As a result of my long-term research, I came to this conclusion. I spent a lot of money to buy this high-end product. I am experiencing drop problems on the computer because of my Intel processor. Especially in games (Valorant), I experience drops every 5-10 seconds. Usually on Valorant.All components are set to 0 and support each other. There is an EDP Throttling - Yes error in the Tuning Center. Also, the BIOS has been updated. All that needs to be installed regarding the processor is Applications were installed with the latest version. All kinds of situations were tried. BIOS was downclocked. XMP Enabled.
The product was purchased from itopya.com. It has been in their service for 2.5 months. My processor has been replaced many times, but I am still experiencing drop problems. My liquid cooling is very powerful and sufficient. As a result of detailed research, all components were collected, only the supported ones. It was confirmed that the only problem was related to the processor. Solution. What is your suggestion? Please help me. I am not allowed to make a return. For this reason, I avoid creating problems. But my patience only goes so far. I have not been able to use my product perfectly for 3 months. There is a stabilization error. I would like to ask you, can you take care of me?

Thanks for reply.I just did.I want refund.But the provider of 14900k (itopya.com) didnt do that.I’ll be happy if i get refund or replacement with another type.

You need to contact seller from replacement, inturn seller will contact distributor for replacement.
