Thank you for posting in Intel Communities.

Indeed, the guide is relevant for both 13th and 14th-generation Unlocked CPUs. For further information, you may consult the provided link.

Please contact your motherboard manufacturer for information on how to adjust these settings in your particular BIOS

Feel free to let me know if you have questions or clarifications.

you are not serious are you?

i called gigabyte they don't know anything, nor do they know when they will release a BIOS update for us users with the proper settings for IA AC-DC loadline values. the default is .40 and .90 those are not the same nor correct.

so yeah, we need help adjusting the CPUs and nobody wants to help we just get the run around.

Hello chugzillafx,

I apologize for any confusion caused by my previous response. What I intended to say is that the guide is indeed relevant for the i7-13700K, which is a 13th generation CPU. Additionally, I suggested reaching out to your motherboard manufacturer to obtain specific instructions on adjusting the BIOS settings according to our provided guide.

Hello chugzillafx,

Thank you for your response.

Should the retailer where you purchased the product be unable to support your warranty claim, you have the option to file a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) ticket with us. Please use the following link to proceed: Intel Support Tickets.

When submitting your ticket, feel free to reference this community thread and mention that you have already conducted troubleshooting steps.

We look forward to your feedback after you have had the opportunity to test the 12th-generation CPU.

Best regards,

Hello chugzillafx,

I'm pleased to know that.

Given that it's unaffected by the instability issue, it should function smoothly. I recommend initiating an RMA for your 13th and 14th gen CPUs either through your retailer or directly with Intel.

If there's no need for further help, I'll be closing this thread in a few days. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you require any more support
