Hi AGJ_RTN,

We no longer provide MTBF instead we do provide FIT (Failure in Time), this information is provided only under CNDA (Customer Non-Disclosure Agreement) as this is considered confidential information and it is part of the Production Release Qualification Report Document for Intel® Xeon® Processor 5600 Series.
