We no longer provide MTBF instead we do provide FIT (Failure in Time), this information is provided only under CNDA (Customer Non-Disclosure Agreement) as this is considered confidential information and it is part of the Production Release Qualification Report Document for Intel® Xeon® Processor 5600 Series.

I would recommend that you http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/contact-support.html# @12 Contact Support and make reference to ticket number 01774056 and they will guide you throught the CNDA process.
