I had dust on the fan, and the problem was solved after I cleared the dust

I highly suggest looking into these steps:

1. Place the laptop in a well-ventilated area.
2. Check for obstructions around the laptop's air vents.
3. Try different fan control settings in BIOS.

I understand that you have a laptop and I'm just wondering you ever tried contacting your laptop manufacturer for this.
