I highly suggest looking into these steps:
- Place the laptop in a well-ventilated area.
- Check for obstructions around the laptop's air vents.
- Try different fan control settings in BIOS.
I understand that you have a laptop and I'm just wondering you ever tried contacting your laptop manufacturer for this.
