overclocking an Atom CPU

I was wondering if anyone has overclocked an Atom CPU

My netbook has one in it, N450 and it seems sluggish but not too bad. Came with Windows 7, XP would have been faster but its past its best before date.

I doubled the RAM and it helped a lot, Windows 7 is a memory pig at the best of times

Only extreme processors are unlocked in order to be over-clocked.

So since Intel Atom processors are not unlocked, they cannot be over-clocked

The N450 in my netbook seems oldish yet modern. The design is good for power savings making the machine a true portable with several hours of field use.

I also considered an Atom for my web server as it would have negligible operating costs.
