In order to better assist you:
Are you seeing that error on device manager?
Did you install the latest BIOS version: 7A68v13?

Do you have any PCI device attached to the PC?

Thank you very much for sharing that picture.
Just to make sure, did you check with MSI about this issue? They might have further suggestion on this matter:

jmo281: Now, you mentioned there is no error message on device manager, normally that indicates that all the drivers are working fine. Besides that error message, Is there any problem with the performance of the PC?
Any questions, please let me know.

jmo281: Thank you very much for letting us know those details.
We will start a research on this matter, in order for us to do that, please provide the following information:
What is the model of the memory RAM you are using? If it is possible please provide the size and speed.
What is the model of the hard drive you are using?
Did you make any recent hardware/software changes on the computer?
Any questions, please let me know.

jmo281: I just received an update on the research we are doing on this case. And we wonder if by any chance do you have the option to test the PC without the video card? By doing this we can confirm if Windows® Defender is still reporting the PCI error or not and also verify if it is a PCI error from the Chipset (board) or if it is related to the PCI lane assigned to the processor.
Any questions, please let me know.
Regards,
Alberto R
