super slow support to start a cpu rma

I started a support ticket after my 13900k system started getting unstable and wouldn't boot into windows unless I disable turbo boost; I've got all the recommended bios settings, I've updated to the newest microcode 0x12B. Yet I just get more canned questions that I covered in the initial form. 10 days and counting since I opened the ticket.

Hello killerameba,

Thank you for posting in the community!

I’m sorry to hear that you’re having difficulty obtaining an RMA. I will notify the person handling your web ticket. Please be aware that responses may be delayed due to the holidays, and our agents are available Monday to Friday during local business hours only.

I will close this inquiry now. If you need further assistance, please submit a new question, as this thread will no longer be monitored.

Best regards,

I received confirmation that my troubleshooting showed my 13900K was defective. I provided my address and confirmed that I wanted to proceed with cross-shipping. This was on Tuesday, January 7th. However, yesterday, January 9th, I received the same email response. This whole process has now taken over two weeks (I started the ticket on December 27th), which is frustrating from a large organization like Intel. I should have gotten confirmation and shipping in 1 day
