I want to upgrade my processor
this is my mother board specs site
https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c05951583?jumpid=reg_r1002_usen_c-001_title_r0001
this says that only processors are with the specs,
TDP: up to 15 W
Socket type: BGA1356
and only 2 processors specifically are mentioned:- i3-8130U, i5-8250U
but,
this core is suitable in these specs:- https://www.intel.in/content/www/in/en/products/processors/core/i7-processors/i7-8650u.html
I think that, it was just released after the page of the motherboard was made.
can I use i7-8650U on my pc?

Only HP can tell you what processors are compatible with THEIR bios.
An upgrade processor MUST be socket, chipset, and BIOS compatible.
And, the upgrade is only possible if the processor is NOT soldered to the motherboard.
If your existing processor uses a BGA socket, then you cannot upgrade as your processor is soldered to the motherboard.
By the way, your existion processor cannot be upgraded:

Also, one chance that you might have, is if HP put the BGA processor on a "daughter" card. If so, then you may be able to replace the processor, but you must deal with HP on this matter.
