warranty question

I bought a used 12600kf CPU with tax receipt (AMAZON purchase receipt) 08.2024, it has signs of wear on it or it seems that the guy used a different thermal paste (metal) that doesn't go away... Has it voided the warranty? the cpu seems not to have been Delid.
the blank parts are my deletions for Privacy while those signs below are the ones I meant
