BSP Editor Problem - Export TCL Script...

The "Export Tcl Script..." command (Tools menu) of the NIOS II BSP Editor produces an empty (no TCL commands) .tcl file, even though I made a number of changes to the BSP via the BSP Editor. I am calling the BSP Editor from the Eclipse build tools. The exported TCL file contains only the header comments (see below). How do I generate the TCL script that will be able to regenerate the BSP?

# ###################################################################### # This is a generated Tcl script exported# by a user of the Altera Nios II BSP Editor.# # It can be used with the Altera 'nios2-bsp' shell script '--script'# option to customize a new or existing BSP.# # #####################################################################
