Hello,

While debugging application I've met strange problem - I can't stop it.

When I click on "STOP" button, several seconds later the following window appears:

Does exist some option that force debug process to stop.

Thanks.

Once launching, nothing can stop it.

The only solution - close Eclipse !

Anyway problem persists - the application is "undebugable"

Restarting Eclipse doesn't help, as application is still "hanging" ... and all attempts to run/debug new application fail.

So, the only solution - Power OFF/ON the Cyclon board, reprogram it, and then run NIOS application.

Has anyone ever met the same problem ?

I can communicate with board using Quartus "System Console", for example I can read/write registers, connected to LEDs (please see snapshot below).

But I didn't find any command that allow to stop application and rerun it from NIOS Eclipse tool.

I've neither found any command that would allow to do the same thing (stop application) from "NIOS II Command Shell".

So, I'm rather confused on what is going on: I can't rerun NIOS II application because actual application seems to be hanging, at other side I can communicate with board peripherals from Quartus "System Console".

Thanks in advance.
