Configure Kernel menu disappeared!

I installed the Nios II 1.0 and embedded linux a while ago. It worked well. Today when I tried again to build a linux kernel project inside of Nios II IDE, I could not find the "Configure Kernel" command from the drop down menu by right-click the created project. Does anyone know why it happened?

 for this problem you should reinstall version linux2nios 1.3
