[Flash programmer]CycloneII and 29LV320 FLASH

We make a new NiosII board.There are EP2C5Q208 and MX29LV320, something else.

i need a help from this flash related things, we are using ep1s20 fpga with m29w640 application flash and with the same bus using for sram also. we are getting a problem as unable to write and read in that flash,but can be wrote and read in sram device. if u runned or worked with this flash,tel me how to access the flash with that fpga? and also how to do the write and read function in that?
