High frequency FPGA

Hi, 

I'm using a DE0-Nano board with a 50MHz oscillator for the Cyclone IV FPGA and I'd like to have a 150MHz (or even more) circuit. Can you tell me which FPGA (or board) I can use for that? Thanks.

You should be able to use one of the onboard plls to multiply the 50 up to 150
