I want to JTAG debug.

I read document of NiosII Flash Programmer user guide.

When doing JTAG chain and wanting to debug, it sets chain by the setting of mk_target_board.

Because three chained, it executed the following script.

After that it worked as in the docment.

But I occered NiosII IDE of Software Run.

Will it sometimes set to the thing except mk_target_board or is it?

NiosII IDE will it sometimes set something?

Please give me advice.

You need to be more specific about your system before I can comment further. Posting the exact error message you get would be good too.

But the case where you have multiple chips on the same JTAG chain, each with one or more Nios II processors in it, should work. Please ensure that the instance ID (set in SOPC builder) for each processor is different as that is used by the sofware when connecting to the processor.

Error message is "cpu is not response".

I worked according to the material of Flash Programmer.

However, the error occurred.

Why?
