NIOS II Software Build Tool for Eclipse does not work on Quartus 22.1

I need to work with NIOS II, however when I am clicking on NIOS II Software Build Tool for Eclipse from the Tools menu it does not work.
I have Windows 10, 64 bit operating system and Quartus Standard 22.1.

I have seen some posts that have the same problem, so some say that NIOS II is not compatible with Windows 10. Others mention that you have to download and install an extra file. But it doesn't work for me. Also, some posts have links that are inactive or down.

Please could you help me?
