Nios II IDE does not compile under XP

Hi All, 

I bought a Nios II Development Kit, Cyclone II Edition and I'm having problem compiling with my Nios II IDE. I get the error below any time I try to compile any of the sample example provided. Can anyone help me with this PLEASE!.   Note: I was able to compile the hello world example once but haven't been able since. I get the same error message below  Error massage below:  **** Incremental build of configuration Debug for project simple_socket_server ****  make -s all  Creating generated_all.mk... d:/altera/quartus51/sopc_builder/bin/sopc_builder: not found make: *** [F:/Embedded_design/standard/software/full_system_lib/Debug/system_description/../obj/generated_all.mk-t] Error 1 Build completed
