I would like to know if it is possible to emulate/implement a PDA "hibernate mode". I explain:
Entering hibernate mode: 1) store all needed information (context, periphreals states...) into SDRAM 2) put SDAM in self-refresh mode (will keep kernel and context during boad power-down) 3) stop the Linux kernel 4) shut-down the FPGA (and the board power) Exiting hibernate mode (using an external wake-up logic to power-up the board) 1) booting FPGA from boot flash 2) restoring context and peripherals 3) restart kernel from where it exited (i.e from SDRAM), meaning : **NOT** rebooting the whole kernel from the program storage flash. I want a fast wake-up. Is it possible ? Can anybody help me ? http://forum.niosforum.com/work2/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/ohmy.gifLink Copied
