I'm using Quartus II ver 5.0. I want to move it from Windows to Linux. Can I run Quartus II 5.0 over Red Hat Enterprise Linux WS?

According to the Altera "Design Software Operating System Support" web page http://www.altera.com/products/software/pr...os_support.html (http://www.altera.com/products/software/products/quartus2/os/qts-os_support.html), Red Hat 7.3 support is capped at Quartus II v5.0 and Red Hat 8.0 support is capped at Quartus II v5.1. Therefore one should use Red Hat Enterprise Linux WS to provide for migration to later versions of Quartus II in the future. However, the Web page does not explicitly say which versions of Quartus II are supported under Red Hat Enterprise Linux WS.
