Searching for correct software versions of Quartus Prime and Ashling IDE

I am searching for the correct versions of QP and ashling IDE for a cyclone 10 LP and a NIOS V. The version requirement I've seen don't seem to be accurate or I've misinterpreted them. I'd prefer to use Quartus Prime standard if possible. Thanks!
