I see the uClinux 2.6 has support for a sound driver. Apparently you can just use "cat" to send the raw audio to the sound card at /dev/dsp.
Can you tell me what sound daughter card I can use, that will work with this driver. Also, how about interfacing, do you just define the I/O pins in the Quartus design?Link Copied

Thanks, the Jester board on fpga.nl (http://www.fpga.nl) is just about what I'm looking for, except I would like to play PCM audio.
