Warm reset issue when booting from QSPI

Hi,

We are using custom board with Enclustra SOM consisting of altera cycloneV processor. We have followed the steps mentioned in 'Mercury_SA1_Reference_Design_for_Mercury_PE1_User_Manual.pdf" document section "Boot Configurations" to generate preloader and u-boot binary from handoff file.

When board boots from micro SD, both warm and cold reset works fine, but when board boots from QSPI,codl reset works fine but warm reset hangs.

Please note that the warm reset is working with our development kits, you might need to refer to Enclustra.
