Hi , 

I used m25p64 to store SOF & Software .  

I found : 

1>when I connect the SDRAM DQM[1:0] to NIOS , the FPGA and uClinux can work after power up from m25p64 ! 

2>when I fix initial the SDRAM DQM[1:0] to 2'b00 , the FPGA can work after power up from m25p64 ,but the uClinux can not work! but,it can work when used: 

nios2-configure-sof $SOPC_KIT_NIOS2/examples/test.sof 

nios2-download -g zImage 

nios2-terminal 

 

 

I do not understand why ? 

 

I want reduce the SDRAM's DQM[1:0] and CKE!
