how can i use the soc without the added sdram?

The board i use is very small, and i have no place to add the sdram, so if there have any posibility to use the arm inner ram such as the L2 cache or use the fpga ram to run the user code? 

i want to use the barametal style and the user code is maybe 300kb. 

please help me! thank you!
