how to update Max II design?!!!

i want to have a custom UClinux system on DE0 EP3C16F484C6N, it says on the web that:" before you use the Cyclone III FPGA Development Board for the first time, you need to make sure that it is updated with version 1338 or higher of the Max II Design" i download the POF file which represents the new Max II design called m2_prod_1338.pof. But this pof file just for EP3C120 development board! who can tell me how can i update my development or how can i download the POF for my MAX II device ! help! much appreciate !! thanks ,guys!
