"Failed to execute : ./create-this-bsp --cpu-name nios2_qsys --no-make" Error

I've been having problems with createing nois 2 eclipse project. I get this error when I try to create nios 2 application and BSP from template: "Failed to execute : ./create-this-bsp --cpu-name nios2_qsys --no-make" . I made a google search there are a lot of people already having this problem. I tried to run as administrator and no change. No special characters in the path, but still refuses to build.

I am using quartus prime 18.0 and windows 10

How do I solve this problem?

Hi, Thanks for the sharing. Are you using ALTERA NicheStack? Hi, Please go through the tutorial first to know, BTW I see in your screen there is no CPU name, can you share the Qsys design (screen shot) ? I did the smame steps known to create a project and it is working. Please check the following video and PDF. I tried a lot of different tutorials step by step multiple times, but I still get errors. Now I get different type of error in compilation. I guess we have to solve this first.

Hi, This shows that the make files are corrupted, I replicated the issue by editing wrongly the setting. Now I see the same error. I am trying to solve the issue without reinstalling the tool (this is based on the files corruption), I recommend you to re-install the tool. Regards,
