re-build uCLinux kernel for NIOS II board

Hi all, 

 

I want to re-build/re-compile uCLinux kernel for NIOS II board without nios ide. 

 

What should I do ?  

Which Cross Development Tool Chains must I have ? Please give me their URL to download.
