I entered my Software Guard and Altera ID to apply for a license file,
but I received a feedback as follows: "We are unable to process your license request. Either the software guard, host, or NIC ID is not found in our database or it is not associated with the ordering code for the APEX DSP Development Kit you purchased. " why,and what should I do?Link Copied

I'm not familar with that specific kit. How old is it?
Also are you trying to get a renewal license or the first one? Also what is the license for? Quartus, NIOS II (won't be supported on APEX), etc.......- Mark as New
