I entered my Software Guard and Altera ID to apply for a license file,

I'm not familar with that specific kit. How old is it?
Also are you trying to get a renewal license or the first one? Also what is the license for? Quartus, NIOS II (won't be supported on APEX), etc.......- Marcar como nuevo
